Summative Assignment

Module 5: QUiz

Summary

If the velocities are positive and are above the time axis, it indicates that the object is advancing.

If the velocities are negative, they are below the time axis, it means that the object recedes.

With respect to Accelerate and decelerate:
When speed and acceleration have the same sign, the object accelerates.
• Above the time axis and positive slope
• Below the time axis with a negative slope.
When the speed and acceleration have the opposite sign, the object slows down
• Speed above time and negative slope
• Speed below the time axis and a positive slope
